Arturo Duarte
Arturo is presently the manager of the firm. He formerly was a legal manager for the City of San Pedro Garza García, among others. He has a Law Degree from the UANL, and a master degree in Political Sciences.
Eduardo Soto
Eduardo “Lalo” is a partner and manages labour law and litigation. He is also a legal advisor to a Agency of the State of Nuevo León. He graduated from the University Regiomontana (U-ERRE)
James A. Graham
James is a tenured professor of International Law and Arbitration at the University of Nuevo León (UANL), graduated in Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He obtained his Doctorate in Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is a renown national and international arbitrator. As lawyer, he wins what has to be won: before judicial or arbitral tribunals. He also is a member of varios boards of directors of international companies in Mexico and United States.
Luis was a fellow at the University of Lille (France) and afterwards graduated from the UANL. He is the Co-Head of the Litigation Unit and actively participates in the arbitration practice.
He graduated in Law from the UANL, and in International Relations from the Tecnológico de Monterrey. He is an experienced member of our arbitration practice.
Melissa Ambriz
Graduated from the UANL, she mainly handles IP matters and trademark disputes, in particular arbitration. Presently, she is the firm’s manager.
Jessica graduated from the UANL. She litigates civil matters and is a member of our arbitration practice.
She is not only a lawyer graduated from the UANL, a State certified mediator, with a master in ADR, but also a trained and active psychologist certified by the State’s Supreme Court. She handles mainly mediation cases.
Victor Fuentes
Graduated in Law from the UANL, and with a Master from the University Iberoamericana (CDMX), Victor is a part of our arbitration team, in particular to corporate disputes, sharing his long experience as legal officer in private and public companies like Pemex, for instance.
Kevin Staas
A partner with the Staas Law Group PLLC, he manages for us the Miami Arbitration Place in regard to Judiciary Arbitral Litigation. He graduated from Bowling Green State University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law with a J.D.

Michael Stefan
Michael counsels and litigates for 3CT judicial arbitration matters in the European Union. Michael obtained his degree with the University of Saarland (Germany). He lectures at the Baden-Wuerttemberg State University.
Professor Daniel Ontiveros
Daniel is an recognized trial and arbitration lawyer in the Andean Community (Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru) and South America (Venezuela, Brazil). He graduated in Law from the Universidad Católica Boliviana San Pablo. He obtained his master’s degree from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón. Profesor of Legal Argumentation in the LLM Program of the Universidad Siglo XX, he is also the Founder and director of the Bolivian Academy of Argumentation and Litigation. He is currently the director of our Bolivian Firm.
Boris Salazar
Boris is an experienced litigator, especially in business related criminal cases. He studied Law at the Universidad Mayor de San Simón, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the UNSXX
Dimar Melendez
He is part of the litigation team as an intern. He studied law at the UPAL. He was the 2018 Latin American Sub-Champion, and the 2019 Regional Champion, in the CEDAL debate and legal argumentation contests.
